Prize Draw Term and Conditions

Once visitors have registered for the Cheapholidaydeals newsletter they will automatically be entered into the prize draw, no purchase is necessary. This prize draw is run by Progressive Digital Media Group plc in conjunction with our website www.cheapholidaydeals.co.uk.

Cheapholidaydeals is a UK website and unless otherwise stated all prize draws offered are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Progressive Digital Media Group plc, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.

Entry into the prize draw will be given for the completion of the Cheapholidaydeals newsletter registration form. All valid registrations will go into the draw. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable.

The closing date for the prize draw to win £2,000 in travel vouchers is 31-07-2011.

Winners will be selected at random by computer within 7 days of the closing date and notified by email or telephone within 72 hours. Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes are dispatched and may be required to participate in promotional and PR activities at the time of receiving the prize. If the winner refuses, Progressive Digital Media Group plc reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.

The prize will consist of £2,000 in travel vouchers that will be posted within 28 days of the winner being confirmed.
If the advertised prize is no longer available at the time of awarding, the prize may be substituted for something similar of equal or greater value.

Accepting the prize implies as stated in the agreement that the winner may be required to take part in some publicity. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of being notified. Contact details must include a valid email address as winners will be notified by email.

Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited and unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 30 days after original draw. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By submitting personal information and preferences, each registered visitor agrees to receive offers related to their preferences. Such offers will be sent only by Progressive Digital Media Group plc, its sponsors or its clients.
